Single Split
Shaft Collars make an ideal locking mechanism for most Bearings, Sprockets, V Pulleys or Gears. They are often found in Power Transmission systems like Gearboxes. Simple yet important, they are easy to fit and remove.
Available in Single Split, Double Split, and Unsplit variations, Shaft Collars can be utilised to suit your specific requirements. Single Split Shaft Collars provide a much greater holding power and can double the axial locking force of set screw collars. The shaft is unmarred and is best used in situations when the end of the shaft is accessible.
